Mr. Hagedorn is a Partner at Tradizio. He financed his studies as a junior consultant. Later, he built his own software company and served major clients. At restructuring specialist Droege & Comp., he led international post-merger integration, reorganization, and transformation projects. He was the managing director of two medium-sized companies and implemented the restructuring and realignment measures he had developed. Frank Grozinger, Associate Partner, has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant in restructuring and strategic realignment. After studying computer science and industrial engineering, he spent 13 years as managing director in various medium-sized companies. He was then a partner in a consulting firm. His focus is on the mechanical and plant engineering, technical services, automotive and aircraft construction sectors as well as the main and ancillary construction trades, property developers and the housing industry.

Dr. Frank Rauch is an Associate Partner with us. As a Doctor of Medicine, he first gained industry experience at Fresenius in med science, and in marketing and sales. He then spent several years in consulting at Boston Consulting Group and as head of Monitor Company Germany. He has been an interim manager since 2001 and has accompanied numerous turnarounds as a consultant or in management. His focus is on health care, software and B2B services.

He holds a doctorate in insolvency law and works as a specialist in insolvency-related restructurings, as well as in corporate law. Dr. Stingl is also active as an expert in succession planning.
